We are recruiting for a newly created sales leadership opportunity with a growing care home provider operating a portfolio of residential, nursing and dementia care services. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced care sector sales professional to take ownership of occupancy performance across the group. Working closely with operational teams, home managers and central support functions, you will lead occupancy improvement initiatives, strengthen enquiry conversion and support homes to achieve sustainable growth.
The Role
This is a hands-on commercial role focused on sales performance. You will oversee central sales support functions, analyse occupancy trends and work directly with homes to improve enquiry management, conversion and move-in performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead occupancy improvement initiatives across the portfolio
- Support homes to maximise enquiry conversion and sales performance
- Manage and develop the central sales support team
- Monitor sales activity, KPIs and conversion metrics
- Identify opportunities to improve enquiry handling and customer journeys
- Work closely with Home Managers and operational leaders to drive occupancy growth
- Provide coaching, guidance and sales support to home-based teams
- Analyse performance data and deliver actionable recommendations
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Previous experience in a multi-site sales, occupancy or commercial leadership role within the care sector
- Strong track record of improving occupancy and conversion performance
- Experience supporting Home Managers and operational teams
- Commercially focused with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Hands-on leadership style with the credibility to influence and coach others
- Comfortable travelling across a portfolio of homes as required
