Deputy Manager – Children’s Residential Home Location: Redhill, Surrey Salary: £39,500–£42,500 plus Ofsted bonus Bright Selection is recruiting for an experienced Deputy Manager to join a four-bed children’s residential home supporting young people affected by complex trauma and exploitation risks. The home is operational and rated Good by Ofsted. It is led by an experienced Home Manager with a strong history of developing team members into management positions. This is a hands-on role split approximately 50% between management duties and direct work with the young people. The successful candidate will help to lead shifts, support the development of the staff team and maintain a safe, consistent and therapeutic environment.
