Quality Assurance Manager West Sussex £65,000 – £75,000pa Opportunity for a senior manager to drive quality in an expanding regional provider. I am delighted to be working with a regional provider of care homes who are recruiting to a new senior role. The Quality Assurance Manager will operate across 4-5 nursing homes in the East and West Sussex area. Responsibilities: – Monitor and drive quality assurance activities across the group. Train and mentor Home Managers and staff, focusing on residential and complex care standards. Develop and implement effective action plans to address compliance or operational challenges. Conduct site and process audits to ensure regulatory adherence and care excellence. Act as an advisor to Directors, jointly with the Senior Area Manager, providing detailed reports and improvement strategies. Requirements : – Proven managerial experience in a nursing home setting Nurse qualification with valid NMC pin Experience of producing / providing training for other personnel Robust clinical care knowledge and willingness to expand this knowledge over time Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
