We are seeking a passionate and commercially aware Home Manager to oversee a well established residential and dementia care home in Northampton. Set within beautiful grounds and offering a warm, person centred environment, the home provides care and support for older people, including those living with complex dementia needs. This is an exciting opportunity to join a long standing, regional care provider with an excellent reputation for investing in its homes, people, and dementia care services.

As Home Manager, you will have full operational responsibility for the home, ensuring the delivery of outstanding care, strong team leadership, and regulatory compliance. You will work closely with an experienced regional and senior leadership team to further improve quality standards, occupancy, and staff engagement.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading and developing a stable, motivated multidisciplinary team
  • Driving continuous improvement and achieving positive regulatory outcomes
  • Ensuring safe medication management and robust clinical governance processes
  • Embedding high standards of record keeping, audits, and care planning

Requirements:

  • Previous Home Manager experience within residential or dementia care
  • A strong understanding of CQC regulations and quality improvement processes

  • Commercial awareness alongside a genuine passion for elderly care
  • NVQ Level 5 in Leadership for Health & Social Care (or equivalent)
