Bright Selection are delighted to be supporting a respected regional care home operator with the appointment of an experienced Home Manager for their established and successful medium-sized home in East Lincolnshire.
Requirements
- Proven track record of successfully managing a Good-rated care home
- Positive, engaging, and visible leadership style
- Level 5 / Level 4 Management qualification (or equivalent)
- Strong financial acumen, including budget setting and control
- Excellent knowledge of CQC regulations and compliance
Responsibilities
- Ensure the highest standards of care are consistently delivered through effective quality assurance
- Maintain a proactive, solution-focused approach to feedback and complaints
- Use internal systems to monitor and enhance service provision
- Recruit, train, and develop staff within the QCF framework
- Lead, motivate, and manage the team to achieve agreed targets and deadlines
- Contribute to annual budget planning and manage budgets effectively
- Support the development, implementation, and evaluation of strategic plans
- Promote the home and build strong links with external agencies and the local community
Remuneration
£50,000-£55,000 plus a comprehensive benefits package
