Are you an experienced Home Manager looking for an opportunity to lead a large, well established care home through its next phase of development and success? We are seeking a passionate and commercially astute Clinical Home Manager to take the helm of a luxury care home offering nursing, residential and dementia care. This is an exciting opportunity to provide long-term leadership, build on recent improvements, and drive exceptional standards of care and operational performance.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading and inspiring a multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional resident care
  • Ensuring the home consistently meets regulatory, professional and statutory requirements
  • Driving quality standards and continuous improvement across all departments
  • Managing recruitment, retention, development and succession planning for the team
  • Building positive relationships with residents, families, healthcare professionals and external stakeholders
  • Maintaining safe staffing levels in line with occupancy and dependency needs
  • Managing budgets effectively and ensuring strong commercial performance
  • Creating a positive culture where residents and colleagues can thrive

To be considered for this role, you will have:

  • Current NMC registration
  • Level 5 Leadership and Management qualification (or equivalent)
  • Senior management experience within a large care home environment
  • Proven experience managing nursing services within a regulated setting
  • Strong understanding of CQC regulations and quality frameworks
  • Excellent leadership, communication and people management skills
  • Commercial awareness and experience managing budgets and occupancy

Salary: Circa £85,000 per annum + neg DOSE Bonus scheme worth up to 25% of salary
