This is an exciting opportunity to lead a quality‑focused branch, supported by an experienced Field Care Supervisor and strong central teams across recruitment, compliance and marketing. The Role: As the Registered Manager, you will take full operational responsibility for the branch, ensuring the delivery of safe, high‑quality care alongside sustainable business growth. This is a hands-on leadership role suited to an experienced domiciliary care professional who enjoys developing teams, building strong client relationships and driving performance in a quality‑led environment.

  • Managing the day-to-day operations of the branch

  • Commercial awareness with the ability to grow a service
  • Experience within private-pay home care would be highly advantageous
  • A resilient, proactive and solutions-focused approach
  • Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle

Salary: Salary circa up to £45,000 (maximum) DOSE + additional on‑call allowance. Excellent bonus potential. Strong support from regional and central teams.
