The Role: As the Registered Manager, you will take full operational responsibility for the branch, ensuring the delivery of safe, high‑quality care alongside sustainable business growth. This is a hands-on leadership role suited to an experienced domiciliary care professional who enjoys developing teams, building strong client relationships and driving performance in a quality‑led environment.
- Managing the day-to-day operations of the branch

- Experience within private-pay home care would be highly advantageous
- A resilient, proactive and solutions-focused approach
- Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
