An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Branch Care Manager to join a well‑established, highly respected private home care provider at one of their successful branches in South East London, close to Bromley. This branch currently delivers upwards of 500 hours of care per week and is supported by a strong operational structure, including a Care Coordinator and 1 Full‑Time Field Care Supervisor, providing excellent support across branch operations and care delivery.

The Role
As the Registered Branch Manager, you will take full operational responsibility for the branch, ensuring the delivery of safe, high‑quality care alongside sustainable business growth. This is a hands‑on leadership role suited to an experienced domiciliary care professional who thrives in a quality‑led environment and enjoys building strong teams and customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing the day‑to‑day operations of the branch
- Leading and supporting the branch in maintaining full CQC compliance
- Managing, developing, and supporting office and care teams
- Ensuring consistently high standards of care delivery and governance
- Growing care hours in a sustainable and ethical manner
- Managing private care packages and maintaining strong customer relationships
- Monitoring branch performance, quality, and profitability
- Participating in the branch on‑call rota
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Registered Manager or Branch Manager within domiciliary care
- Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and inspection processes
- Proven leadership and people management skills
- Commercial awareness with the ability to grow and develop a service
- Experience within private‑pay home care would be highly advantageous
- Level 5 qualification desirable, or willingness to work towards
- A resilient, proactive, and solutions‑focused approach
- Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
Salary & Benefits
- Up to £47,250 basic salary DOE
