We are working in partnership with a well-established, family-run regional care provider to recruit a Regional Manager for a newly created leadership position overseeing three of their care homes in Kent. This is an exciting opportunity to join a highly respected organisation with over 20 years' experience in the care sector and a strong reputation for delivering high-quality, person-centred care.

This is a newly created Regional Manager position with responsibility for overseeing three care homes located within close proximity of each other. You will lead and support a team of experienced Home Managers, ensuring consistent high standards across all services while driving performance, quality, and continuous improvement.

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience as a Home Manager of a larger service (ideally 40+ beds or above)
  • Strong leadership capability with a proactive, hands‑on approach
  • Multi‑site or regional experience (desirable but not essential)
  • A stable career history demonstrating commitment and longevity
  • Strong operational and quality focus

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide operational leadership and oversight across three care homes
  • Support, develop, and manage Home Managers effectively
