An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Branch Care Manager to join a well-established, highly respected private home care provider at their Knaresborough Branch. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and experienced manager to join a Good rated Home care provision. This role requires someone who would like to work within a self-funding provision that is focused on providing consistently high quality care at home.

The Role

As the Registered Branch Manager, you will take full operational responsibility for the branch, ensuring the delivery of safe, high-quality care alongside sustainable business growth. This is a hands-on leadership role suited to an experienced domiciliary care professional who thrives in a quality-led environment and enjoys building strong teams and customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing the day-to-day operations of the branch
  • Leading and supporting the branch in maintaining full CQC compliance
  • Managing, developing, and supporting office and care teams
  • Ensuring consistently high standards of care delivery and governance
  • Growing care hours in a sustainable and ethical manner
  • Managing private care packages and maintaining strong customer relationships
  • Monitoring branch performance, quality, and profitability
  • Participating in the branch on-call rota

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Registered Manager or Branch Manager within domiciliary care
  • Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and inspection processes
  • Proven leadership and people management skills
  • Commercial awareness with the ability to grow and develop a service
  • Experience within private-pay home care would be highly advantageous
  • Level 5 qualification desirable, or willingness to work towards
  • A resilient, proactive, and solutions-focused approach
  • Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle

Salary & Benefits

  • Up to £42,000 basic salary DOE
