Bright Selection are recruiting for a Registered Manager on behalf of a well-established residential care home specialising in dementia care. Join a stable service with high occupancy where you'll have the opportunity to lead quality improvements and shape the home's future. You'll be supported by experienced owners who provide managers with the autonomy to run the service while offering support when required.
The successful candidate will lead the day-to-day running of the home, ensuring high standards of care, regulatory compliance and effective team leadership. The role will focus on maintaining quality, driving continuous improvement and preparing the service for future CQC inspections.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Registered Manager, or an experienced Deputy Manager ready for their first registration
- Experience within residential dementia care
- Good knowledge of CQC regulations and quality standards
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Experience of care planning, medication management and Mental Capacity Act (MCA) compliance
Package
- £45,000 - £55,000 salary
- Up to £60,000 for an exceptional candidate
- 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays
