You will be supported by a values-driven senior team with strong experience in premium care settings. We are seeking a leader with a passion for person-centred care, exceptional standards, and the ability to inspire a dedicated team.
You will be required to:
- Provide inspirational leadership to ensure exceptional, person-centred care and an outstanding resident experience.
- Oversee the day-to-day running of the home, maintaining the highest standards of safety, wellbeing, hospitality, and regulatory compliance.
