We're seeking an experienced home manager for a new care home commission opening at the end of 2025. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of an exception up and coming luxury care brand. We are seeking an experienced Home Manager who shares a commitment to delivering bespoke, high-quality care. As a visionary leader with a passion for delivering innovative, high-quality care, you will build and inspire a diverse team of care professionals, lifestyle and hospitality specialists, and a dedicated customer relations lead to create an exceptional resident experience. This is a rare and exciting opportunity to lead a new, state-of-the-art care home, designed to redefine later living and will include a unique blend of outstanding care, luxury, and innovation. Requirements: L5 / L4 / RGN or equivalent appropriate qualification Experience of successfully managing a large care home and achieving Good / Outstanding CQC outcomes Proven ability in budget preparation and control Excellent knowledge of CQC legislation Positive and engaging leadership style Responsibilities include: Recruit an experienced, dedicated and caring staff team and provide leadership, motivation, and guidance to maintain high staff morale. Ensure the care home meets all CQC regulations, conduct internal audits and prepare for it's first CQC inspection. Foster a welcoming and inclusive environment for residents and families and build strong relationships with all internal and external stakeholders. Manage budgets, control costs, and oversee financial performance. Monitor occupancy levels and drive business growth through marketing and relationship-building.
