This position is ideal for a manager who thrives on quality improvement, governance, and achieving strong CQC outcomes. Key Responsibilities
- Provide overall leadership and day‑to‑day management of the service
- Ensure full compliance with CQC regulations
- Lead on audits, quality assurance, and continuous improvement
- Oversee:
- Care planning & risk assessments
- Incident management & learning culture
- Staff supervision, competency & development
- Prepare for and confidently manage CQC inspections
Essential
- Registered Manager experience within domiciliary care
- Strong working knowledge of Care Quality Commission standards
- Proven experience in:

- Auditing & quality improvement
- Leading inspections
