We are recruiting for an experienced Home Manager to lead a large, luxury nursing and dementia care home in South-West London. The home is well regarded locally and nationally, recognised by regulators for delivering high-quality care and praised by families for its warm, person-centred approach.
The Role
This is a pivotal leadership position where you will take full responsibility for the operational, clinical, and commercial success of the home. Key areas of focus include:
- Leading and inspiring a large team to deliver consistently high standards of person-centred care
