Bright Selection are delighted to exclusively represent a new entrant to the care and retirement living sector in sourcing a General Manager for their newly commissioned luxury care home. The group is owned and led by experienced care home professionals who are motivated to bring choice and innovation to the care home sector, as such they are looking for a like-minded individual who also believes that care can be imaginative and inspired. The home offers a range of care provision all within an exceptional environment, this includes beauty salons, personalised dining experiences, hydrotherapy and gym services with a resident physiotherapist. In addition the home will have a dementia community hub with ice cream parlour, arts and crafts and outdoor terraces. Delivering the very best choice and care for residents you will be supported in your role by a Hospitality Services Manager, Customer Relationship Manager, Lifestyle team and complete finance and admin support team. This is a rare opportunity to join a company at the outset of the journey in becoming a leading provider within the sector, offering truly bespoke care of the very best quality for later living.
Requirements
- The motivation and drive to achieve the very best care, embracing change and innovation to deliver Outstanding care
- A true passion for working as part of a team and developing your team\’s skills and knowledge
- Experienced in support, guidance and leadership of a multi-specialist team
- Hold a recognised leadership and management qualification within health and social care
- Ability to lead, empower and act with integrity
- Experience within a private health or social care setting
