This is a fully supernumerary leadership role, offering the opportunity to lead and develop two dementia communities, supporting residents, families and your team to deliver truly relationship-centred care.
Working alongside an experienced General Manager and senior leadership team, you ll play a key role in embedding best practice, developing your team and continually improving the dementia community as occupancy continues to grow.
