As the Registered Branch Manager, you will take full operational responsibility for the branch, ensuring the delivery of safe, high-quality care alongside sustainable business growth. Key Responsibilities
- Managing the day-to-day operations of the branch
- Leading and supporting the branch in maintaining full CQC compliance
- Managing, developing, and supporting office and care teams
- Ensuring consistently high standards of care delivery and governance
- Growing care hours in a sustainable and ethical manner
- Managing private care packages and maintaining strong customer relationships
- Monitoring branch performance, quality, and profitability
- Participating in the branch on-call rota
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Registered Manager or Branch Manager within domiciliary care
- Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and inspection processes
- Proven leadership and people management skills
- Commercial awareness with the ability to grow and develop a service
- Experience within private-pay home care would be highly advantageous
- Level 5 qualification desirable, or willingness to work towards
- A resilient, proactive, and solutions-focused approach
- Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
Salary & Benefits
- Up to £43,500 basic salary DOE
- Bonus potential up to £12,000 per annum
