We are recruiting for an experienced General Manager to join a premium elderly care provider in the Exeter area. The Role
As General Manager, you will have overall responsibility for the day-to-day running of the home, ensuring high standards of care, compliance, team engagement and occupancy performance. You will be supported by an established team and a hands-on senior leadership group who are committed to helping the home achieve its full potential.
