Collections Executive / Credit Controller
Skelmersdale | Around £30,000 basic plus bonus potential of around £500 per month | Monday to Friday, 9 am–5 pm | Fully office-based
Are you an experienced collector or credit controller who is confident handling challenging conversations over the phone? We're recruiting for a Skelmersdale team that needs someone who can recover outstanding balances while dealing properly with customers who dispute a claim.
This is a phone-based role . An administrator supports the collections team, allowing you to focus on conversations, investigations and resolutions rather than extensive paperwork.
