Supplier Onboarding Manager SaaS Manchester City Centre £36,000£40,000 dependent on experience Full-time, permanent Monday to Friday office-based Start date: ASAP We are recruiting a Supplier Onboarding Manager for a growing Manchester-based SaaS business that provides automated invoicing, ordering and reconciliation solutions. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced onboarding, supplier-enablement or implementation professional to lead a small team and manage the successful onboarding of suppliers onto the companys technology platform. This is a supplier and software onboarding positionnot an HR or employee onboarding role. The role You will lead the complete supplier onboarding journey, from initial engagement and data collection through to successful system activation. Working closely with suppliers and internal departments, you will ensure each onboarding project progresses efficiently, potential delays are identified early and any problems are resolved professionally. Your responsibilities will include: Leading and managing the end-to-end supplier onboarding process. Managing and supporting a small onboarding team. Scheduling workloads and ensuring deadlines and service expectations are achieved. Contacting suppliers and clearly explaining the onboarding process. Gathering the required supplier information, documents and data. Supporting suppliers through registration, implementation and activation. Coordinating with Procurement, Finance, Accounts Payable and IT teams. Monitoring progress across multiple supplier onboarding projects. Identifying delays, risks and incomplete information. Managing supplier and internal stakeholder escalations. Encouraging suppliers to adopt new systems and working practices. Reviewing existing processes and identifying opportunities for simplification and automation. Maintaining a consistent and positive supplier experience throughout the onboarding journey. About you You will be an organised and confident professional with experience managing onboarding, implementation or supplier-enablement processes within a fast-paced environment. You should have: Previous experience in supplier onboarding, SaaS onboarding, software implementation, procurement operations or a related field. Experience leading, supervising or coordinating a small team. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple suppliers and priorities. The confidence to engage with suppliers and senior internal stakeholders. Experience resolving problems and managing escalations. A process-improvement mindset. The ability to encourage users and suppliers to adopt new systems and procedures. Confidence working with data, documentation and technology platforms. The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and changing business. Experience within SaaS, procurement, accounts payable, finance technology or purchase-to-pay systems would be particularly advantageous. Whats on offer?
