Senior Credit Controller / Collections Executive
Skelmersdale | Office-based | Monday to Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm
Basic salary: £27,000–£35,000, depending on experience
Bonus: Highly achievable, with strong performers earning around £10,000 a year
Federal Management is a professional legal organisation based in modern premises in Skelmersdale. We're looking for an experienced Senior Credit Controller / Collections Executive to join our team.
This is a phone-based role, collecting business debts on behalf of clients. You'll handle inbound and outbound calls, follow up on outstanding accounts and work through disputed debts professionally and effectively.
What we're looking for
- Previous experience in credit control, collections or debt recovery.
- Experience handling disputed debts is essential.
- Confident and professional telephone manner.
- Good communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Legal-sector experience would be an advantage.

- Basic salary of £27,000–£35,000, depending on experience.
- Achievable bonus scheme. Some team members earning a £28,000 basic salary earn around £10,000 in annual bonus, bringing their total earnings to approximately £38,000.
