We're looking for an experienced Senior Credit Controller / Collections Executive to join our team.
This is a phone-based role, collecting business debts on behalf of clients.
You'll handle inbound and outbound calls, follow up on outstanding accounts and work through disputed debts professionally and effectively.
What we're looking for
- Previous experience in credit control, collections or debt recovery.
- Experience handling disputed debts is essential.
- Confident and professional telephone manner.
- Good communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Legal-sector experience would be an advantage.
