To support this expansion, they are seeking a Business Development Manager to lead commercial growth across APAC and establish new relationships with organisations at the forefront of space, aerospace, defence, geospatial intelligence, Earth observation and autonomous systems.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Driving new business development and revenue growth across APAC
- Building relationships with senior commercial, technical and operational stakeholders
- Managing complex sales opportunities from qualification through to close
- Developing and executing strategic account growth plans
- Identifying and securing new customers within defined target sectors
- Representing the business at major industry events, conferences and trade exhibitions
- Maintaining a structured opportunity pipeline through Salesforce
- Contributing to forecasting, commercial planning and market intelligence activities
- Identifying opportunities to expand customer value across a growing portfolio of space capabilities and services
- Working closely with leadership to shape the company’s international growth strategy
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years’ success in complex B2B technology sales or business development
- A proven track record of generating and closing new business opportunities
- Experience selling into technical, engineering or mission‑critical environments
- Strong commercial instincts and the ability to navigate complex stakeholder groups
- Confidence engaging with both executive decision‑makers and technical experts
- Experience managing sales pipelines and CRM platforms such as Salesforce
- A proactive, entrepreneurial approach to business development
- Excellent communication, presentation and relationship‑building skills
- Willingness to travel internationally as required
