Solution Architect, ERP Transformation Edinburgh, hybrid, 2 days onsite per week £500 - £550 per day (Inside IR35) 6-month contract Bright Purple is recruiting an experienced Solution Architect to join our client on a major ERP transformation programme. Our client is implementing COINS as its new ERP platform. You will act as a senior technical authority, ensuring the solution fits effectively within the wider technology landscape. You will provide hands-on architectural leadership across solution design, integrations, data, security, testing, deployment and transition. What you’ll be doing: Defining and maintaining the end-to-end ERP solution architecture Designing and governing integrations between COINS and wider business systems Reviewing and challenging designs produced by vendors and implementation partners Defining integration principles covering APIs, middleware and data flows Leading technical design and architecture governance Managing architectural risks, dependencies and technical decisions Supporting deployment, cutover and operational readiness What we’re looking for: Proven Solution Architecture experience on large-scale ERP programmes Strong enterprise architecture and application landscape experience Excellent understanding of integrations, APIs, middleware and data flows Experience governing third-party and systems integrator designs Architecture governance and Design Authority experience Strong stakeholder management and communication skills Experience with COINS, modern data architecture, automation/AI or the housebuilding and construction sector would be advantageous. A high-profile contract offering ownership of the architecture behind a major business transformation.
