The Role:
As a Senior Software Engineer, you will be a core part of their growing yet small development team, playing a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining their new solutions. We're looking for someone highly skilled in React and TypeScript, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for writing clean, maintainable code. Experience with PHP or AWS would be a huge bonus but not essential.
What You'll Do:
- Help lead the development of web applications using React and TypeScript
- Collaborate with product managers and designers to deliver high-quality, scalable software
- Architect and implement new features and improvements to our platform
- Deliver complex API and integration work
- Optimize performance and ensure our applications are secure and robust
- Contribute to the technical vision and roadmap as we scale
What We're Looking For:
- Strong UX / UI experience, someone who can make really rich interfaces with React and TypeScript
- Experience with modern web development practices (REST APIs, version control, testing frameworks)
- Knowledge of PHP or AWS (even just exposure would be a plus)
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to thrive in a scale-up environment; you're adaptable, proactive, and enjoy taking ownership of your work
