Hybrid (Edinburgh-based) | 6-Month Contract | £525/day (flexible for the right person)

We are looking for a Senior Delivery Manager to lead a business-critical trading platform programme for a key client in the energy sector. You’ll guide the project from discovery through delivery, working hands-on with cross-functional teams and senior trading stakeholders.

What you’ll be doing:

Leading multi-team delivery of a complex energy trading platform

Defining project scope and aligning delivery with business goals

Embedding Agile/Lean practices to optimise performance and outcomes

Partnering with senior energy trading stakeholders to drive value

Driving delivery innovation with effective tools, frameworks, and metrics

Proven experience with complex, multi-disciplinary programmes

A pragmatic, solutions-focused mindset with deep stakeholder expertise

Understanding of energy markets, regulations, and trading technologies
