We're working with a well‑known organisation embarking on an exciting Agile transformation and are looking for an experienced Scrum Master / Agile Coach to help shape the future of delivery across multiple technology teams.
This is more than a traditional Scrum Master role.
You'll play a key part in helping the organisation transition to a more mature Scrum way of working, coaching teams, embedding Agile best practice and driving continuous improvement across the wider technology function.
Alongside this, you'll own the day‑to‑day Scrum Master responsibilities, ensuring delivery remains structured, predictable and transparent.
- What you’ll be doing
- Acting as Scrum Master across multiple product teams.
- Coaching teams and stakeholders in Agile and Scrum best practice.
- Facilitating Sprint Planning, Daily Stand‑ups, Sprint Reviews and Retrospectives.
- Driving Agile maturity and continuous improvement.
- Removing delivery blockers and managing cross‑team dependencies.
- Working closely with Product Owners and technology leadership to improve delivery outcomes.
- Owning Jira administration, including boards, workflows, permissions, dashboards and reporting.
- Creating transparency around delivery, risks, capacity and progress.
- What we’re looking for
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach or Agile Delivery Lead.
- Strong experience embedding Agile ways of working within technology teams.
- Hands‑on Jira administration experience, not just day‑to‑day usage.
- Ability to configure workflows, boards, permissions and reporting.
- Excellent stakeholder management and facilitation skills.
- Experience managing risks, dependencies and delivery across multiple teams.
- A pragmatic approach to Agile, focused on outcomes rather than process.
- Nice to have
- Experience introducing Agile into organisations transitioning from traditional delivery models.
- Experience working across Digital, ERP or Technology Transformation programmes.
- Experience working alongside third‑party suppliers.
- Atlassian certifications or Agile qualifications would be advantageous.
