Join a leading financial services organisation at the heart of a strategic data transformation programme. We’re looking for an experienced EDM Support Analyst to provide crucial support and optimisation for a key enterprise data management platform underpinning critical investment operations.
This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a high-impact data programme modernising and simplifying how investment-related data is sourced, mastered, and distributed. You’ll work closely with stakeholders across IT and investment teams, supporting a managed data service that replaces a legacy in-house system.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Maintain and monitor an enterprise EDM platform to ensure high availability and performance
- Troubleshoot issues and support end-users, including investment analysts and portfolio managers
- Implement enhancements driven by business and regulatory needs
- Deliver training and create technical documentation for effective user engagement
- Collaborate in agile and waterfall environments, contributing to process improvements and knowledge sharing
What We’re Looking For:
- Deep understanding of data used in investment operations (pricing, securities, entity data)
- Experience working with market data vendors (e.g., Bloomberg, LSEG, ICE)
- Strong ORACLE, PL/SQL, SQL
- Previous involvement in both project and BAU data initiatives
