With around 60 people and ambitious plans for scale, this is a business that acts as a trusted technology partner to SMEs and enterprises, not just another supplier; and they're now looking for a driven Sales Executive to fuel the next stage of growth.

The Opportunity You'll be responsible for driving new business and growing existing client relationships across the company's core technology division, spanning network, IT, and security solutions.

You'll own your pipeline end to end: prospecting, proposals, presentations, and closing, all while building long-term relationships that keep clients coming back.

Identifying and winning new business across network, IT, and security services Building and forecasting a healthy, accurate sales pipeline Preparing tailored proposals, quotations, and presentations Growing existing accounts through proactive relationship management Working closely with Marketing to convert leads and keep messaging sharp Keeping on top of industry trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in every conversation What You'll Bring A proven track record in technology sales, or a closely related sector Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills A track record of managing a pipeline and consistently closing deals Comfort working with CRM and sales reporting tools A self-motivated, target-driven, customer-first mindset Bonus points for knowledge of IT, cybersecurity, or connectivity solutions You're commercially sharp, know how to position value rather than just price, and you have the resilience to stay the course through longer, more complex sales cycles.

Location & Working Pattern This role is hybrid, and we're open to candidates based in Central Scotland or Aberdeenshire.

Regular travel to the Aberdeen head office should be expected as part of the role, so a genuine willingness to travel is important.
