Looking for forward-thinking Instructional Designers who know how to bring learning to life. This is your chance to shape high-impact digital experiences using AI-driven tools and immersive content design for learners across the Globe.

What You\’ll Do:

• Design and deliver interactive, multimedia-rich eLearning content
• Work with SMEs to translate complex topics into learner-first journeys
• Build storytelling-driven, branched and scenario-based learning
• Apply learning design best practices across scripts, modules and assessments
• Use tools like Gomo, Rise 360, Easy Generator, Synthesia, Audioflow

You ll Thrive If You:

• Are creative, structured, and able to own the full learning design process
• Have a sharp eye for accessibility, inclusivity, and visual storytelling
• Are hands-on with authoring tools, AI video/audio platforms, and design suites
• Enjoy experimenting with AI-driven features to push the boundaries of eLearning
• Have a passion for transforming education and digital learning outcomes
