Role Overview
Joining the Managed Services Team, you will play a hands-on role in keeping client infrastructure running securely and efficiently. Day to day you can expect to:
- Resolve support tickets and troubleshoot complex client issues across the Microsoft ecosystem
- Support end-users within Microsoft 365, Azure, desktop and server environments
- Monitor and maintain critical infrastructure and services to the highest standards
- Apply strong network troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve issues quickly
- Deliver excellent, professional service to a varied and demanding client base
What We Are Looking For
Please note: MSP experience is essential for this role. Applications without a background in a Managed Services Provider environment will not be considered.
- Minimum 3 years of experience working within an MSP environment
- Microsoft certifications required or actively in progress: MS-900, Azure Administrator and/or Security Administrator (external validation is essential)
- A specialism in mobile device management or security administration is highly desirable
- Outstanding communication skills with the confidence to engage professionally at all levels
- Highly organised and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure
- A genuine passion for technology with strong, proven troubleshooting ability
- A collaborative team player who thrives in a busy, fast-paced environment
