A friendly, expanding Edinburgh-based IT Managed Service Provider is seeking a confident, proactive Business Development Representative to help spark new conversations with Scottish businesses. You’ll be responsible for identifying potential clients, reaching out via phone, email and LinkedIn, qualifying opportunities, and booking high-quality meetings for the leadership team. What You’ll Be Doing
- Researching and identifying ideal-fit companies
- Reaching out through calls, email and social media
- Building rapport and uncovering business challenges
- Qualifying prospects using structured frameworks
- Booking meetings with decision-makers
- Tracking activity in HubSpot CRM
- Working closely with the Managing Director and Customer Success Manager

What You’ll Need
- Based in Scotland with full UK work rights (no sponsorship)
- Experience in outbound sales or business development
- Confidence making high-volume outreach calls
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience using HubSpot CRM
- A reliable home-working setup
- Self-motivation and comfort working towards activity targets

- Experience in IT, MSP or tech services
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 or cyber security concepts
- Knowledge of GDPR and UK contact regulations
