Head of Architecture Location: Edinburgh (Hybrid – 2 Days Onsite) Circa £100,000 + Bonus + Package This is a critical hire for a growing business that’s midway through a major digital transformation. They’re modernising core systems, migrating from on-prem to cloud, and rebuilding their architecture from the ground up – with Microsoft tools at the centre. Applications, integrations, and data are at the heart of the challenge – and the business needs someone who can own and deliver that blueprint and role up there sleeves when need be. Salary circa £100k+, plus bonus and full benefits package Key leadership role in an organisation undergoing major transformation Influence across architecture strategy, delivery, and people development Flexibility with hybrid working (2 days onsite in central Edinburgh) Opportunity to lead app and integration strategy using modern Microsoft tech stack Define and lead the enterprise architecture across applications and data Work closely with a 50-strong technology team, coaching and mentoring where needed Guide decision-making on low-code and SaaS platforms including PowerApps, CoPilot, Fabric and Salesforce Collaborate closely with business leaders and stakeholders to align architecture with real-world goals Microsoft-centric tech stack (Azure, Dynamics, Power Platform, Fabric) Salesforce and wider SaaS tool integrations Transformation is active and ongoing – the blueprint is yours to shape Proven experience in a senior architecture or technology leadership role Strong understanding of Microsoft technologies and low-code tools Bright Purple are an equal opportunities employer: we are proud to work with clients who share our values of diversity and inclusion in our industry.
