Bright Purple are on the lookout for an experienced Growth Marketing Executive to join a scaling tech product company in Edinburgh. You will own and execute a range of growth initiatives from campaigns and content to referral systems and social engagement.

What you'll be doing:
- Write clear, compelling copy for campaigns, landing pages, emails, and social.
- Build and optimise a referral program - flows, incentives, CTAs.
- Activate brand advocates for reviews, shoutouts, case studies, and UGC.
- Drive visibility, trust, and inbound through social.
- Plan and run targeted email flows (drip campaigns, referral nudges, upgrades, reactivation).
- Write and test emails for different segments across the funnel.
What we are looking for:
- 2–4 years in growth, content, or B2B marketing (ideally SaaS or hospitality tech).
- Strong writing skills - crisp, punchy, and on-brand.
- Confident on Social platforms like LinkedIn and in customer-facing dialogue.
- Comfortable with tools like HubSpot, Notion, Canva, GA4, and basic no-code tools.
- A creative thinker with a commercial mindset and a love of fast feedback loops.
