The Role

You’ll be the driving force behind the smooth delivery of work for a range of retained clients, from day-to-day support requests through to monthly services and standalone projects. Working closely with project leads and a multi-disciplinary team, you’ll ensure work is well-scoped, properly resourced, and delivered to a high standard.

You have a solid grasp of project financials, budgets, cost tracking, and revenue recognition, and you’re equally at home presenting to a senior client as you are facilitating a sprint planning session.

  • Experience managing digital projects or retainers, ideally in an agency setting
  • Hands-on experience running Agile ceremonies such as stand-ups and sprint planning
  • Confidence scoping, costing, and delivering work within financial and timeline constraints
