Data Architect, ERP Transformation Edinburgh, hybrid, 2 days onsite per week £500 - £550 per day, Inside IR35 6 month initial contract Bright Purple is recruiting an experienced Data Architect to join our client on a major ERP transformation programme. You will define and govern the data architecture supporting the implementation of COINS ERP, covering data migration, master data, data quality, reporting and information governance. Working with business stakeholders, technical teams and implementation partners, you will ensure data is structured, migrated and governed effectively throughout the programme. What you’ll be doing: Defining the end-to-end ERP data architecture Owning the architecture for complex data migration Defining data mapping, transformation, cleansing and reconciliation approaches Establishing master data, ownership and stewardship frameworks Defining data quality measures and controls Supporting reporting and analytics architecture Reviewing and challenging vendor data models and migration designs Supporting migration rehearsals, cutover and deployment What we’re looking for: Proven Data Architecture experience on large-scale ERP programmes Strong enterprise data architecture and data modelling experience A strong Data Engineering background Extensive experience of complex ERP data migrations Experience across master data, governance, lineage and data quality Experience assuring data solutions delivered by third parties Strong stakeholder communication and architecture governance skills COINS ERP experience and knowledge of housebuilding, construction or property environments would be advantageous.
