We’re looking for an ERP Applications Manager to steer a small, capable team supporting the core applications behind our Commercial and Finance operations. You’ll be the technical owner of our ERP platform: championing its performance, scaling it smartly, and making sure it stays aligned with the business roadmap.

Working hand-in-hand with stakeholders as part of an Agile Product team, you’ll streamline processes, boost data-driven decision-making, and empower our teams to do their best work every day. All within a technology culture that prides itself on delivering nothing less than a five-star experience.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Leading and mentoring a team of talented Solutions Engineers.
  • Owning ERP system setup, configuration, and maintenance, working closely with trusted vendors.
  • Developing and delivering product demos and presentations.
  • Championing best practice environment management.
  • Designing solutions that truly meet customer needs and align with company strategy.
  • Producing clear technical documentation and helpful training materials.
  • Troubleshooting and solving technical issues.
  • Staying ahead of industry trends and emerging tech to keep us future-ready.
  • Working collaboratively within an Agile Product team, keeping things transparent and on track.

What you’ll bring:

  • Proven experience in roles like Application Analyst, Systems Administrator, Solutions Engineer or similar.
  • Practical, hands-on expertise with ERP, Finance or Commercial systems — from administration to configuration and maintenance.
  • Strong customer-first mindset and confident communicator.
  • A solid technical foundation with credible Business Analysis skills (capturing requirements and user stories is second nature to you).
  • Comfort with Agile/Scrum ways of working and modern project management tools.
  • Genuine leadership and people management capability.
