I am looking for a Senior / Principal Java Software Engineer to join a leading international network security software company. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology and make a real impact in the industry. You will join a small close-knit IT team supporting the internal operations and support a globally dispersed workforce.

The Role:

  • Software development and support of complex and algorithmic Java software within a Linux environment.
  • Development and use of software APIs between components in a Linux system.
  • Collaborate closely with other team members, product management, and engineering management on requirements.
  • Deliver strong contribution to intellectual property and software assets.
  • Work across the entire lifecycle including design, implementation, integration, and bug fix.

About You:

  • Highly proficient in Java 21+
  • Good object-oriented software design skills
  • Solid experience in Linux environments
  • Experience in Spring framework, particularly Spring Boot

Desirable:

  • Scrum Experience
  • Project management
  • Mentoring experience
