Are you an experienced Dynamics 365 Architect with a passion for designing impactful enterprise solutions? We’re looking for a skilled and forward-thinking professional to join a high-performing Microsoft practice, where you’ll lead the technical design and delivery of secure, scalable CRM and Power Platform solutions.
You’ll work remotely from anywhere in the UK, with occasional travel to client or team locations in Glasgow or Reading. This role requires eligibility to obtain SC Clearance.

In this role, you will:
- Design and deliver robust, elegant Dynamics 365 solutions (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Power Platform)
- Lead the technical architecture across the full project lifecycle
- Integrate Dynamics 365 with Azure services and third-party platforms
- Develop custom plugins, Power Automate flows, and Model-driven apps
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to delivery teams
- Ensure quality, scalability, and security across complex solutions
- Facilitate workshops and translate business needs into technical architecture
- Configure CRM forms, dashboards and views to meet client-specific requirements
What You’ll Bring:
- Strong hands-on experience across Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform
- Proven track record designing enterprise-scale CRM and Azure-integrated solutions
- In-depth knowledge of custom business logic using plugins, workflows and low/no-code tools
- Experience working with REST/SOAP APIs and Azure services
- Passion for innovation, with familiarity of AI Builder and D365 AI capabilities
- Understanding of architectural best practices, ALM, source control and automated deployments
- Ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels, including C-suite
