We’re looking for a Digital Workplace Coordinator to join an amazing team for a well-respected company on a fixed-term contract until July 2026. You’ll support staff in using everyday tools like Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Zoom, and Slack. This role is all about making digital systems work better, helping people feel confident using them, and keeping things running smoothly in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do:

  • Support the setup and use of digital tools across the team
  • Help colleagues with digital queries and deliver training
  • Share updates and support changes across departments
  • Help manage projects and keep things on track
  • Use data to see how tools are used and suggest improvements
  • Spot opportunities to make work quicker and easier
  • Make sure we follow rules around data and security

What We’re Looking For:

  • Good understanding of Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, or similar tools
