£35k (OTE £45k)
Our client is recruiting for a Customer Success Manager to join the business at an exciting time of growth. Working closely with the Sales and Support Teams you will be a necessary part of the onboarding and implementation of new customers as well as ensuring seamless adoption of the platform.
You will be responsible for;
  • Own the process ensuring new customers are onboarded successfully.
  • Manage onboarding plans.
  • Educating end customers ensuring they are confident with the platform.
  • As the customer is onboarded ensuring continued relationships to ensure satisfaction
  • Providing support, guidance and ongoing necessary support on the platform.
Candidates will have worked within a B2B environment and be confident and comfortable engaging and working with end customers.
