You’ll play a key role in ensuring that our client’s products are developed in line with the strategic roadmap — meeting customer needs while supporting delivery teams to achieve excellence.

Main Duties;

  • Collaborate with delivery teams and stakeholders to define, document, and refine features and user stories.
  • Analyse customer problems and project scope to deliver high-value, high-quality solutions while preventing unnecessary scope creep.

About You:

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand business processes and system integrations to inform detailed user stories.
  • Experience owning or contributing to product roadmaps, prioritising features based on business value.
  • Background in Agile software delivery or a strong interest in developing your expertise in this area.
  • Experience working with SaaS (Software as a Service) and cloud-based products.
  • Excellent multitasking abilities, balancing customer needs, product strategy, and technical considerations.
