Bright Purple are on the lookout for an experienced growth marketing consultant to join a scaling tech product company in Edinburgh. This role will appeal to people who understand lead generation and really enjoy executing strategies that increase engagement with targeted customers. The perfect demand generation marketer will possess actionable tactics and strategies that can be consistently implemented and measured. The tech product serves the hospitality industry, making it both exciting and straightforward to position for success. Creativity and commercial acumen are key qualities for this marketing role.

What you\’ll be doing:
- Working with a highly talented team of 4 in the existing Marketing team.
- Designing and implement marketing growth strategies that result in more customers through lead / demand generation
- Strong emphasis on segment-based marketing to help the sales team convert leads with target audience.
- Focussing on network effects, viral growth loops and targeting ICPs (Ideal Customer Profiles) to increase customer base / engagement.
What we are looking for:
- A real pro-active and passionate approach to marketing – take risks, track your results.
- A genuine love or marketing strategies and product road mapping.
- Hospitality passion be ideal along with a real tech awareness in marketing have tactics, playbooks and execute them.
- Able to work as part of a team in an office when needed and 100% remote / independently when need be.
This is a hybrid role, with three days per week being onsite in Edinburgh once up to speed. Fully remote possible in extreme cases.
