We are working with an established and growing financial services business. We’re looking for an AI Automation Operations Lead to take ownership of the next phase of our automation and AI journey. This is a newly created role at an exciting point in the company’s evolution. They are already using Power Automate and RPA internally; now they want someone to expand on that foundation, design smarter workflows, and introduce AI-assisted systems pragmatically and safely.
What you’ll do:
- Map and improve operational workflows alongside leadership and ops staff
- Manage and expand our Power Automate / RPA processes
- Design AI-assisted tools for document handling, summarisation and workflow support
- Manage integrations between internal systems and external platforms
- Evaluate AI tools and vendors, and coordinate with external developers where needed
- Support internal adoption, training and operational reliability
What we’re looking for:
- Strong systems thinking and practical operational judgement
- Genuine curiosity about AI and automation
- Comfort with Power Platform, RPA, APIs, AI/LLM tools and low-code/no-code development
- Ability to spot inefficiencies and redesign workflows end-to-end
- A background in operations and automation, CRM / business systems, workflow consulting, process improvement, technical operations or AI implementation
- Experience in financial services, or other regulated environments is a real plus
