Bright Purple in Edinburgh is seeking a Scrum Master / Agile Coach for a hybrid role. The contract is inside IR35 and £450–£500 per day, initially 3–9 months.

You will shape agile delivery across technology teams, coach teams and embed best practices while owning day-to-day Scrum Master duties to keep delivery structured and transparent. You’ll work with Product Owners and technology leadership to improve outcomes, drive maturity, remove blockers and ensure predictable delivery.
