Workplace Technology Engineer Hybrid / Edinburgh Up to £55,000 About the Role We are seeking a talented and proactive Workplace Technology Engineer to join their Service Delivery Technology team. This permanent role plays a crucial part in empowering users with the latest Microsoft 365 tools and ensuring a modern, efficient workplace environment. What You Will Do Act as a subject matter expert for Microsoft 365 applications such as Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Outlook, and the Power Platform. Provide comprehensive guidance, training, and ongoing support to end users. Develop user documentation, quick reference guides, and training materials to enhance productivity and collaboration. Monitor the Microsoft 365 roadmap to identify changes and their implications. Collaborate with Infrastructure and Service Desk teams to resolve escalated issues and ensure smooth rollouts of new tools. Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and enhance the digital workplace experience. About You The ideal candidate will have: A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role supporting Microsoft 365 in a corporate setting. Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration and end-user functionalities. Experience with Power Automate, Power Apps, and SharePoint Online customization is a bonus.
