Network Support Engineer
Scotland - Scotland/Hybrid
Schedule: 4 Day week Rotating shift (includes nights/weekends)
Salary Up to £65,000
As a Security Services Engineer, you'll gain hands-on experience protecting live production environments from DDoS attacks and other network threats you will be working shoulder-to-shoulder with customers when the pressure is highest.
The Role:

Triage and resolve security incidents and customer tickets in a live production environment (1st/2nd line support).

Monitor, analyse, and investigate network traffic and emerging threats, including active DDoS activity.

Support customer maintenance, upgrades, and technical communications.

Contribute to incident response and post-incident reviews that sharpen our detection and mitigation playbooks.

Work within ITIL processes (Incident, Change, Problem, Service Requests). Document procedures, grow the SOC knowledge base, and share what you learn with the team.
