What Youll Be Doing As our Marketing Campaign Manager , youll own the end-to-end execution of digital marketing campaignsworking directly with in-house creatives and content specialists. This role is all about results, data-driven optimisation, and building campaigns that convert. Your day-to-day will include: Designing and delivering multi-channel campaigns across email, social (LinkedIn, Facebook), remarketing, and paid media Leveraging market-leading ABM tools and 7M+ weekly data insights across 20,000 target accounts Driving campaign execution using HubSpotcampaign management, workflows, A/B testing, and audience segmentation Enhancing digital assets and landing pages, briefing new creative where needed Supporting demand generation via third-party platforms such as G2, Capterra, and GetApp Collaborating on website improvements to reduce conversion leakage and improve user journeys Integrating telemarketing activity to complement digital campaigns Monitoring campaign performance, reporting on KPIs, and making continuous improvements What Were Looking For 5+ years experience in B2B marketing (SaaS or tech preferred) Strong track record in demand generation and campaign performance Expert-level HubSpot knowledge Data-driven, analytical mindset Experience with ABM strategies and third-party platforms (desirable) Proactive, hands-on attitude with excellent communication skills Why Join?
