I am currently recruiting for a Protection Coordinator. You'll be the first point of contact for clients, playing a key role in helping our Protection Advisers deliver specialist protection reviews tailored to each client's needs.

What you'll do:

  • Contact inbound and existing clients by phone, building rapport and establishing trust
  • Qualify prospects and assess suitability for protection reviews
  • Book and manage appointments for Protection Advisers, ensuring efficient diary management
  • Follow up with clients post-appointment and maintain accurate records
  • Work towards daily and weekly booking targets, collaborating with a high-performing team
